For smaller items, our usual shipping method is USPS, while larger and heavier items are typically dispatched through UPS or FedEx.

Processing Time: We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during busy periods.

Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Please note that delivery times may be longer for orders shipped to remote locations or during holiday seasons.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order by entering the tracking number on the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions: We currently only ship to the continental USA and Canada. Please refer to our shipping information page for more details. Kindly note that we do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Delays: While we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping, there may be unexpected delays due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control. We will do our best to communicate any delays and provide updates on your order status.

International Orders: International customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees. All products sold by Arcane Arcadia are legal for sale and distribution. Customers must be aware of their local laws regarding items purchased. Lost or damaged packages and legal actions resulting from purchasing prohibited items are the customer's responsibility.

Address Accuracy: We would like to emphasize the importance of entering your shipping address accurately during the checkout process. Once a package ships and it's out of our hands, we are unable to make any address changes. Therefore, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address provided is correct. Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect address entry are the customer's responsibility.
